We pride in our quality of craftsmanship. Every article exiting our premises is confirming to rigourous standards of quality.

Hence we donot entertain return request until and unless it is related to manufacturing defect.

If an article is reported for return it needs to conform to following conditions :

1. The articles purchased under sale events shall not be eligible for return.

2. The return request must be raised within 24hrs of order being delivered at customer location.

3. The article shall not have been processed through any kind of alterations which includes washing, stitching etc.                          

4. The return can only be initiated if all the listed articles of original order are being sent back to the source (example, Saree with blouse is a complete set of an article and must be return together for processing further).

5. Any Missing component of actual article shall void the return request.

6. The customer initiating return request needs to provide necessary documented proof of no fault at their end. 

    This can be adhered to by providing clear, unboxing video which shall start with opening the package to showing the defect. 

    Kindly take note any kind of processing done on video shall void the same. 

7. Additional pictures will help in the case.

The request shall be verified and validated within 48hrs of return receipt of article at our end.

The Refund initiation on valid return requests is subject to refund policy.
